This group is taken from Regina Mundi, a Catholic Chruch in Soweto that provided children involved in the uprising against the gov't in 1976 a safe haven from the police. On June 16 though, the police entered the church and fired their guns, leaving bullet holes and damage behind that can still be seen today. There was also a photo exhibition, murals, and a wall of writings and signatures from visitors.
